We had a fantastic stay at a wonderful hostel in Novalja. The room was clean and spacious, with a stunning view of the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main bus terminal and close to supermarkets and the center. The staff was considerate and flexible with our check-in time, which was greatly appreciated. We also loved the hostel's facilities, such as the curtains on the bunk beds, private bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Casa La Cha.
The only minor drawbacks were sharing a room with four others, but it wasn't a problem considering the difficulty in finding accommodation at the time. Novalja is quite touristy and focused on partying, so if you're looking for a quiet island town, it may not be the best fit.

The staff and owners are the friendliest people I have met traveling the world. Great music, cold beers, and strong drinks at the coffee bar. Each bed has its own locker, outlet for your phone, and stand. Helpful staff, with Miriam and Ana providing exceptional customer service. Top location with a laid back atmosphere, a great escape from the madness of Novalja.
Felt very well looked after, nothing was too much trouble.

They provided us with valuable information about the local area and helped us book tours and activities. We especially enjoyed their recommendations for snorkeling spots and they even provided us with equipment. The free WiFi throughout the property was also a great bonus, allowing us to easily stay connected with our family and friends back home. , we had a lot of fun playing billiards and darts in the hostel's entertaining game room. our experience at Casa La Cha was fantastic and we highly recommend it to other families.
My children wanted to have a playground or some outdoor activities specifically designed for kids.
